The Management Board consists currently of two people:
Dariusz Grzeszczak – Member of the Management Board
Dariusz Grzeszczak is a graduate of the Gdansk University of Technology, faculty of Construction Machinery Engineering. After graduation in 1986 he worked for the Polmozbyt Toruń. In 1990, together with his father Eryk Jan Grzeszczak, he founded the company ERBUD Sp. z o.o. Since 1991, he was a co-shareholder of ERBUD Sp. z o.o. Since 1993, he has been a member of the Management Board of ERBUD Sp. z o.o. (ERBUD S.A. now), and by 2003 he also served as Chairman of the Board of ERBUD International Sp. z o.o. Until 2004 he was a partner of GWI Bauunternehmung GmbH, headquartered in Düsseldorf.
Józef Adam Zubelewicz – Member of the Management Board
Józef Adam Zubelewicz graduated in 1978 from Foreign Trade Faculty of Central School of Planning and Statistics. From 1978 to 1979 he worked in Centre of Markets Research at Chamber of Foreign Trade in Warsaw. After that, until 1982 he held a post of Sales Management in the FTE Polservice. From 1982 to 1987 he served as a Leader of Polservice Branch attached to Mexpol GmbH in Germany and from 1988 to 1991 as a Manager of West Europe Division at Polservice headquarters in Warsaw. Since 1991 he doubled as proxy of Polservice Ltd. and as Managing Director of Polservice Branch in Germany. Until 2003 he was a partner of ERBUD International Ltd. and until 2004 – partner of GWI GmbH Düsseldorf and Hartbex Ltd. Until 2005 he also held a position of President of Management Board at Toplux Ltd.
