ERBUD International Sp. z o. o. dealing with export of construction services, production, innovation and implementation activity, marketing, brokering and commissioning, also in the area of foreign trade (export/import) – in the field of building, transport and engineering.
GWI Bauunternehmung GmbH – execution of general building, bricklaying and other fit out works, as well as sale of construction materials.
ERBUD Ireland Ltd – building activity in Ireland and the UK.
ERSTEEL Sp. z o. o., with its head-office in Toruń, operating in a segment of steel structures: designing, manufacturing and on-site assembling of steel structures. The company also manufactures structural steel elements and joinery for industrial, commercial, public utility and residential projects executed throughout the country.
BUDLEX Sp. o. o., based in Warsaw – leading developer operating for 20 years on the market of Toruń and Bydgoszcz. In 2010, ERBUD S.A. acquired a 100% stake in Budlex.
Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Drogowo-Inżynieryjnego S.A, based in Toruń – a road-engineering company which main business is to carry out works connected with the construction, modernization and repair of roads and highways, as well as works related to the wide understanding civil and water engineering. The Company is a result of a merger between PRD SA and Rembet Plus Sp. z o. o. Entry to the National Court Register (KRS) was made on 31.12.2010. ERBUD SA holds a 94.27 per cent stake in the share capital of PBDI SA.
ERBUD ENERGETYKA Sp. z o. o., with its seat in Katowice specializes in building of structures and facilities for power industry. In October 2009, ERBUD became an owner of 70 per cent of shares in the JF Inwestycje, a company from the the energy sector, which currently operates under the name of ERBUD Energetyka Sp. z o. o. Since 2010 ERBUD has 86.36% of total number of votes.
