The company’s activity covers exhaustive preparation and execution of structures of public utility (among others: hospitals, swimming pools and schools), commercial objects (shopping and services centers), residential buildings (housing estates, multifamily buildings), hotels, industrial constructions and halls (steel and reinforced concrete frames), as well as modernization and complex renovation of existing objects, buildings of infrastructure and special constructions (railroads and road tunnels).

The Company’s Management operations are focused on the execution of high-margin projects in the general contractor system. The main elements of Erbud’s competitiveness are quality and velocity of provided services. As the company enjoys high reputation/esteem in the branch, it receives orders for carrying out of the most prestigious projects. Particularly worthy of notice are realizations of contracts on the demanding markets of Western Europe like InterCity Express (ICE) tunnel connecting the Cologne/Bonn airport with Cologne, highway tunnel in Dortmund as well as Cologne/Bonn airport terminal. At present, a tunnel in Marseille is under construction.
The company carries out its activity on the local market and in EU-countries, like Germany, France, Belgium, Sweden and UK. The Erbud-Group consists of nine companies, from which three are operating abroad. In 2006 Erbud completed, 18 contracts, both in Poland and abroad, with a total value of PLN 482 million. Almost all of the projects (100%) on the Polish market and 20% of those in EU-countries are executed in a general contractor system.
