The consortium with GWI GmbH, a subsidiary of Erbud SA, signed a contract for shell and core of the Clariant Innovation Center in Frankfurt am Main. Clariant Produkte is the building investor. The net contract value amounts to € 11.6 million, and the GWI holds a 50 per cent share in the consortium.

ERBUD issued a total of 50,000 bonds with a nominal value and issue price equal to PLN 1,000. Interest on bonds has been established on the basis of WIBOR 6M plus a margin. The Bond maturity date is fixed for 15 July 2014.
The company wants to use the funds raised from bonds for increasing working capital.

The Branch Office Rzesz�w of ERBUD SA signed on 15.04.2011 a contract for design and construction of an Operating Ward, including Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care Unit, and Central Sterilizing Unit at the Jan Paul II Podkarpacki Regional Hospital in Krosno. The contract covers designing of i.a. 10 operating rooms, ICU and Central Sterilizing Unit, as well as fitting out of six operating rooms. This is already the 17th project from the hospital construction sector implemented by ERBUD SA in the country, including buildings currently under construction: construction of the Invasive Medicine Centre of the Medical Academy in Gda�sk, Extension of the Jan Paul II Cracow Specialist Hospital in Krak�w, and projects executed by the Branch Rzesz�w: Extension and rebuilding of the existing building of Regional Rehabilitation & Education Centre for Children and Youth at the Provincial Hospital No. 2
in Rzesz�w, and the next extension stage of the PCK Hospital in Nisko. The net value of ongoing projects from this sector is over PLN 250 million.

Building of the Alfa Park Housing Estate in Gdańsk

The commencement of work is scheduled late April 2011, and the completion on 30 September 2012.

ERBUD builds the Adria Housing Estate in Warsaw, stage II

ERBUD S.A. concluded the contract for the erection of a multi-family residential complex with services and underground garage, including technical infrastructure. The project execution will take 17 months from the date of enter the site, that is scheduled for March this year.
“ADRIA II” is the continuation of the contract for construction of the “ADRIA, Phase I” multi-family housing estate singed in January 2010.
ADRIA is already the seventh project performed by ERBUD for Dom Development SA.
