The Issuer in consortium with its subsidiary PBDI S.A. signed on 26 April 2012 as the consortium leader a contract to build a wind farm in the community of Rz��nia. The net contract value is PLN 8.73 million and EUR 8.28 million. Ekopal Sp. z o. o. seated in Rz��nia is the building investor and the customer.

Erbud signed a contract for building a complex of multifamily residential buildings in Wroc�aw. The total value of the contract consisting of two agreements amounts to PLN 24.2 million net (the 1st one worth PLN 12.5 million net and the 2nd one – PLN 11.7 million net). The consortium with GWI GmbH, a subsidiary of Erbud SA, signed a contract for shell and core of the Clariant Innovation Center in Frankfurt am Main. Clariant Produkte is the building investor. The net contract value amounts to € 11.6 million, and the GWI holds a 50 per cent share in the consortium.

Erbud began to construct a building for the Dialysis Centre together with Nephrology Ward, incl. Nephrology Clinic and Peritoneal Dialysis Clinic, as well as a connector to the building of the John Paul II Subcarpathian Regional Hospital in Krosno. The contract value is more than PLN 4 million. Works are expected to be completed by 30.09.2012. Fresenius Nephrocare Polska Sp. z o. o. , based in Pozna�, is the builder and the customer.
