CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

At ERBUD Group, we consider social and sponsorship activities as creating our long-term development strategy.

ASSUMPTIONS

Construction is not an area operating in a vacuum, on the contrary, it directly impacts on the changes that occur in space. We want to be the driving force of a positive change.

We want to be perceived not only as a professional business partner, but also as an organisation that cares about the community and the environment. We give young people a chance, inspiring them to be active. We help because we feel responsible.

1. Sponsorship and social activities in business areas in which companies of the ERBUD Group operate.
This is the method to promote the business activities of the Group companies. We support local communities, sports activities and staff training.

2. Sponsorship and social activities in consultation with the ERBUD Group business partners.
We create the desired image and emphasise the prestige of brands belonging to our Group. We support sports and charity activities of our partners.

3. Engaging in activities for the ERBUD Foundation - COMMON CHALLENGES named after Eryk Grzeszczak.
The essence of this organisation is to help young people in a difficult life situation. We support them during their adulthood. The care of the Foundation is firstly provided to all chldren from the orphagane. We operate in the form of employee volunteering. Mentors, i.e. employees of our Group, take care of the child, who remains in foster care.

PURPOSES OF THE TAKEN ACTIVITIES

We want to build a coherent, proper image of the entire ERBUD Group and its individual companies. This is the way to show that our business policy is not only professional, but also responsible and focused on social and local needs.

We also want to promote the Group and its brands among potential business partners. Therefore, we support individual promotional and commercial activities.

We make sure that we reach the message with the environments important for us, emphasising the meaning of our initiatives. The recognition of public opinion is important for us. Thus, we want to build a good reputation of ERBUD.

RANGE OF TAKEN ACTIVITIES

We focus on companies that are part of the ERBUD Group. We support local and national initiatives.

WHAT DO WE PAY ATTENTION TO WHEN TAKING THE SPONSORSHIP?

We do not use content that can offend or discriminate against any groups during our sponsorship and social campaigns. Negative emotions are alien to us. We do not abuse the trust of our recipients.

The ERBUD Group does not engage in events that can cause environmental or other damages. In addition, we do not engage in projects of a political nature, conducive to discrimination, referring to addictions, violating social norms.

The adopted ethical principles are in accordance with the provisions of Polish law.
