Ms. Agnieszka Głowacka has been appointed as a new member of the Management Board of ERBUD S.A. By the resolution passed by the Supervisory Board on 23 May 2017 Agnieszka Głowacka will take her new position on 1 June 2017. She will be responsible for the Group's financial policy. Since 1998 Ms. Agnieszka Głowacka has been associated with the Group as Finance Director. The decision to expand the Board is a response to the steady development and growing Erbud’s order portfolio.

The collaboration with Ms. Agnieszka Głowacka, a longtime Financial Director, who was very active engaged i.a. in initial public offering on the stock exchange and excellent knows the company has contributed to the success of ERBUD, including our advance to the construction premier league”, said Dariusz Grzeszczak, President of ERBUD S.A.

The unanimous decision of the Supervisory Board to appoint Ms. Agnieszka Głowacka to the Management Board as a new member will undoubtedly bring many benefits. Agnieszka Głowacka graduated from the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, with a Masters in Economics and Management and major in Finance. Since 1995 she was in charge of Finance and Controlling Department in a manufacturing company in Toruń and at the same time she was teaching managerial accounting at the WSB University.
During this time she completed postgraduate studies in Accounting and then in Commercial Law.
She finished the course and passed the examination for the members of the supervisory boards of the state-owned companies.
Since 1998 Ms. Agnieszka Głowacka has been associated with ERBUD. She has contributed effectively to the success of the company’s debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in 2007. She also serves on the Supervisory Boards of Erbud’s Group member companies PBDI S.A. and Erbud Industry Sp. z o.o.
She established a system of financial procedures applied by the company. She was dealing with the issue of corporate bonds amounting to PLN 52 million.
She creates and implements financial policy and answers for establishing cooperation with financial institutions. She actively participates in the acquisition of companies of the Group and is also responsible for the Group's controlling policy.
Agnieszka Głowacka is still associated with the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń where she is a member of the Business Council at the Faculty of Management. For several years she takes an active part in congresses of financial directors, among others, as panelist and moderator. In 2016, she also joined an organization supporting women's start-ups.
In private she is involved in supporting children with cancer. She is also a Mentor in the ERBUD Wspólne Wyzwania (Common Challenges) Foundation bearing the name of Eric Grzeszczak.
