Centrum Praskie Koneser in Warsaw

A. Construction of underground levels from -3 to 0 of buildings D,F,H,O and P(structural works, diaphragm walls, soil reinforcement, underpinning of existing foundations, installation works) as well as shell and core of buildings J and D of the Centrum Praskie Koneser complex, incl. accompanying technical infrastructure. B. Shall & core construction and MEP works for building B (alteration, extension and upper storey addition of warehouse and welfare facilities and manufacturing area with change of use to the hotel and retail building) and building C (vertical enlargement of Filtration House with conversion to the mixed use building, mainly offices), finishes and partial fit-out works for both buildings, incl. required on-site infrastructure and development works.
