On 13 September 2017, the member of the Management Board of the ERBUD Group Mr. Paweł Smoleń submitted his resignation from his post for personal reasons. The resignation is effective from 16 October 2017. Mr. Paweł Smoleń’s duties will be taken over by President Dariusz Grzeszczak and Board Member Agnieszka Głowacka.
Paweł Smoleń was a member of the Management Board of ERBUD Group since 1 September 2015. He was responsible for the development of the ERBUD Industry Group. This project is a great success – the ERBUD Industry Group employs 800 people in Poland today. Currently, industrial contracts in the energy and industry sectors are the second-largest source of income for the ERBUD Group and represent 13% of the Group's total revenue (figures for the 1H 2017).
The ERBUD Industry Group will continue its expansion on the industrial orders market that until now was led by Paweł Smoleń. The Management Board constantly sees this part of the construction market as very promising.

The ERBUD Group will not seek a successor of Paweł Smoleń. His duties in the ERBUD Industry Group will be taken over by President Dariusz Grzeszczak, and the Management Board Member Agnieszka Głowacka will be responsible for the Shared Services Centre.
