Construction of a penitentiary complex in Chmielów - Part I

Construction of the penitentiary complex in Chmielów - part I includes:
- Construction of a multi-purpose building (B)
- Construction of a penitentiary building (C)
- Construction of a transit building (E)
- Construction of the necessary accompanying infrastructure for the construction of a penitentiary complex in the form of: a) Construction of all necessary inter-site networks of utilities as well as connections and systems supplying required utilities to all designed facilities,
b) Construction and reconstruction of a medium voltage power line colliding with the planned penitentiary complex
c) Construction of roads, pavements, manoeuvering areas, parking lots, walking and recreation areas, landscaping and greenery
d) Construction of an external fence (two fence lines) with an entrance gate and a control lock enabling entry to the facility
- Delivery of the basic building equipment.
