Publication dates of periodic reports in the 2024 financial year

Report content:
The Management Board of ERBUD S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Issuer”), hereby announces the dates on which the Issuer will publish its periodic reports in 2024:
1. Quarterly reports:
a. Consolidated report for Q1 2024 - 08.05.2024
b. Consolidated report for Q3 2024 - 06.11.2024
2. Semi-annual reports:
a. Consolidated report for H1 2024 - 10.09.2024
3. Annual reports:
a. Separate annual report for 2023 - 27.03.2024
b. Consolidated annual report for 2023 - 27.03.2024
Simultaneously, pursuant to Article 62(1) and (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state, the Issuer hereby announces that the consolidated quarterly and semi-annual reports will include the quarterly and semi-annual condensed separate financial statements, respectively. Therefore, the Issuer will not provide a stand-alone separate quarterly report and a separate stand-alone semi-annual report.
