Dates for the publication of interim statements in the 2026 financial year

The Management Board of ERBUD SA. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Issuer”) hereby announces the dates of publication of the Issuer's periodic statements in 2026:
1. Quarterly statements:
a) Consolidated statement for the first quarter of 2026 – May 12, 2026
b) Consolidated statement for the third quarter of 2026 – November 16, 2026
2. Semi-annual statement:
a) Consolidated statement for the first half of 2026 – September 10, 2026
3. Annual statements:
a) Separate annual statement for 2025 – April 8, 2026
b) Consolidated annual statement for 2025 – April 8, 2026
Simultaneously, pursuant to Article 63(1) and (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of June 6, 2025 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent (the ‘Regulation’), the Issuer hereby announces that the consolidated quarterly and semi-annual financial statements will include quarterly and semi-annual condensed separate financial statements, respectively. Therefore, the Issuer will not publish separate quarterly statements or a separate semi-annual statement.
Furthermore, the Issuer announces that, pursuant to Article 83(2) of the Regulation, it will not publish consolidated or separate quarterly statements for the fourth quarter of 2025 and the second quarter of 2026.
