The Management Board of ERBUD S.A. (the "Company") advises that on 28 March 2024, the Company received the notifications, referred to in Art. 19, para. 1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 dated 28 March 2024 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC from Mr Dariusz Grzeszczak, a person performing managerial responsibilities in the Company, and DGI Family Foundation, a party closely related to the person performing managerial responsibilities in the Company.
The notifications relate to the transaction involving the donation of 600,000 shares in the Company made by Mr Dariusz Grzeszczak to DGI Family Foundation.
