As an attachment, the Management Board of ERBUD S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company") provides a list of the Company's shareholders holding at least 5% of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 19 May 2026, specifying the number of votes each of them is entitled to based on the shares held by each of them and indicating the percentage share in the number of votes at the said General Meeting and in the total number of votes in the Company.
