Execution of an amendment to a Material Financing Agreement concluded with mBank S.A.

The Management Board of ERBUD S.A. (the "Issuer") hereby announces that, on 21 May 2026, the Issuer and its subsidiary, ONDE S.A., received Amendment No. 19 to the Umbrella Multi-Product Framework Agreement No. 38/035/20/Z/UX (the "Agreement"), dated 16 July 2020, duly executed by all parties. The Agreement was entered into with mBank S.A., having its registered office in Warsaw.
Pursuant to the Amendment, the overdraft facility sub-limit granted to ONDE S.A. has been increased by PLN 25 million, from PLN 30 million to PLN 55 million. Furthermore, pursuant to the Amendment, the aggregate limit available to the Issuer and ONDE S.A. under the multi-purpose credit facility has been increased from PLN 112 million to PLN 137 million.
