Content of the report:
In relation to the information provided by the current report No 24/2025 of 14 July 2025 on the entering into of a significant contract of PLN 56 million net for the reconstruction of Szpital Wojskowy z Przychodnią SP ZOZ [Military Hospital with a Clinic – independent public health care unit] in Szczecin (the "Contract"), the Management Board of Erbud S.A. (the "Company") informs that on 26 May 2026, it provided the Investor 109 Szpital Wojskowy z Przychodnią SP ZOZ in Szczecin (ul. Piotra Skargi 9-11, 70-965 Szczecin) with a declaration on the withdrawal from the Contract due to a fault of the Investor, effective as of the withdrawal date. The reason for the withdrawal was the Investor's failure to provide the Company with a payment guarantee.
