The Management Board of Erbud S.A. (the Issuer) announces that on 27/05/2026, it signed a significant contract with a subcontractor for the design and construction of a power connection under an "EPC" contract and for the design and carrying out the power engineering, control and measurement instruments and automation, and system (SCADA) works, as well as for the provision of repair and maintenance services, under the conditions described hereinbelow:

- Subcontractor (exact name and registered office): Elektropaks Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Puławy (241-00) at ul. Dęblińska 6
- Net contract value: PLN 78,415,870.00 net + VAT (remuneration for the performance of the subject matter of the contract: PLN 76,915,870.00 net; remuneration for the provision of repair and maintenance services for 10 years – PLN 1,500,000.00 net)
- Subject matter of the contract: The design and construction of a power connection under an "EPC" contract and for the design and carrying out the power engineering, control and measurement instruments and automation, and system (SCADA) works, as well as for the provision of repair and maintenance services for 10 years from the date of handover for operation.
- Place of contract performance: Ostrów Wielkopolski
- Performance deadlines: By 30/11/2027 + 10 years of repair and maintenance services
- Payment terms: Payment due date: 30 days
- Performance bond: PLN 6,650,330.00 reduced to PLN 3,325,165.00 for 24 months from the signing of handover for operation
- Penalties: The penalties shall be in line with the market conditions for this type of contracts. The total amount of liquidated damages may not exceed the 15% of the net remuneration amount.
- Notes: The contract with a subcontractor was entered into under the implementation of the contract covered by the current report No 10/2026: "Construction of four combined heat and power units in the form of gas engines with an installed capacity of 2x3.1–3.3 MWe and 2x4.3–4.5 MWe, fuelled by high-methane (E-type) gas, and modification of the electrical switchyard at the Ostrowski Zakład Ciepłowniczy [Ostrów Heating Plant], including the construction of a power connection" for the Investor: GETEC Energia Sp. z o.o.
