The Management Board of Erbud SA (“Company”), acting under Art. 19(3) of the MAR Regulation, hereby announces that it has received from DGI Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych, a person closely related to the person discharging managerial responsibilities: Mr. Dariusz Grzeszczak - President of the Management Board of the Company, notification concerning transactions performed on shares of the Company.
