The Management Board of Erbud S.A. (the Issuer) hereby announces that on January 26, 2026, it received Annex No. 31 to the Loan Agreement of July 6, 2010 with ING Bank Śląski S.A., signed by all parties.
By virtue of this Annex, the Issuer and its subsidiaries (Onde S.A., Erbud Industry Centrum Sp. z o.o.; Erbud International sp. z o.o.) shall be entitled to use a multi-purpose credit facility in the maximum amount of PLN 175 million, divided into an overdraft facility limit of PLN 64 million and a guarantee limit of PLN 175 million.
- the sub-limit for Erbud S.A. amounts to PLN 175 million, with the possibility of incurring debt of up to PLN 64 million;
- the sub-limit for Onde S.A. amounts to PLN 50 million, with the possibility of incurring debt of up to PLN 20 million;
- the sub-limit for Erbud Industry Centrum Sp. z o.o. amounts to PLN 10 million, with the possibility of incurring debt of up to PLN 4 million;
- sub-limit for Erbud International Sp. z o.o. amounts to PLN 15 million with the possibility of incurring debt up to PLN 5 million.
The maturity date of the line is January 29, 2027.
The other relevant terms and conditions remain unchanged.
