The Management Board of ERBUD S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company") provides a list of the Company's shareholders holding at least 5% of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, specifying the number of votes attached to the shares held by the shareholders and indicating their percentage share in the total number of votes at the General Meeting and in the total number of votes in the Company.
