The Management Board of ERBUD S.A. (the "Issuer") hereby announces that, on 13 July 2026, the Issuer received a material construction contract, duly executed by both parties, for the delivery of a residential development comprising a multi-family residential building with commercial space and an underground car park, designated as Building E – Altair, as part of the Browarna Stage II development in Wrocław.
- Investor (full name and registered office address): Projekt Browarna Sp. z o.o. ul. Powstańców Śląskich 9, 53-332 Wrocław
- Contract value (net): PLN 63,323,617.10 net + VAT
- Scope of the contract: The subject of the Contract is the construction of Building E – Altair, a multi-family residential building with commercial space and an underground car park, together with the associated infrastructure, forming part of the Browarna Stage II residential development in Wrocław.
- Place of execution: Wrocław
- Completion date: 6 May 2028.
- Performance bond (amount, validity period): 10% of the net contract value
- Defects liability bond (amount, validity period): 5% of the net contract value
- Contractual penalties: The aggregate amount of contractual penalties payable under the Contract may not exceed 10% of the net contract value.
- Additional information: The project will be executed by the Issuer's Wrocław Branch. The aggregate net value of contracts concluded with Projekt Browarna Sp. z o.o. over the last 12 months exceeds PLN 105 million.
