The Management Board of ERBUD S.A. (Issuer) hereby announces that on June 23, 2025, it signed an annex to the Multi-Purpose Credit Facility Agreement with PKO BP S.A. In accordance with this annex, PKO BP S.A. extended the term of the credit facility in the amount of PLN 70 million for another 12 months. The Issuer may use an overdraft facility up to PLN 20 million and a bank guarantee limit up to PLN 50 million. The maturity date of the facility shall be June 26, 2026. Other terms and conditions shall not differ from market conditions.
