The Management Board of ERBUD S.A. (the Issuer) hereby announces that on July 8, 2025 it received an annex signed by all parties to the MultiLine Agreement No. K01393/15 of November 20, 2015, as amended, concluded with Santander Bank Polska S.A.
Pursuant to this Annex, the Issuer and ONDE S.A. may utilise a multi-purpose line (overdraft facility and a line for bank guarantees and letters of credit) up to the amount of PLN 185,000,000.
The Issuer may utilise a limit for bank guarantees up to PLN 85,000,000 and/or an overdraft facility up to PLN 5,000,000. The total value of the line may not exceed PLN 85,000,000.
The maturity date falls upon July 7, 2026. The other terms and conditions are in line with market standards.
