The Management Board of ERBUD S.A., with registered office in Warsaw (“Company”), hereby announces that it received from Mr Dariusz Grzeszczak, President of the Company’s Management Board, a notification regarding a change in the ownership of the Company’s shares, submitted pursuant to Article 69 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies of July 29, 2005. The content of the received notification is enclosed to this Current Report.
