The Management Board of Erbud SA (the Issuer) hereby announces that on July 14, 2025, it signed a Significant Contract for the reconstruction of the Military Hospital with Outpatient Clinic, Independent Public Healthcare Facility in Szczecin, under the terms and conditions described below:
1. Contract date: July 14, 2025
2. Investor (full name and registered office): 109th Military Hospital with Outpatient Clinic, Independent Public Healthcare Facility, 9-11 Piotra Skargi Street, 70-965 Szczecin
3. Contract value: PLN 55,960,000.00 net
4. Subject of the Contract: Reconstruction of the Military Hospital with Outpatient Clinic, Independent Public Healthcare Facility in Szczecin, Stages 2A and 2B – covering Sub-stages A and B – Operating Theatres and Central Sterilisation Unit and Diagnostic Imaging, including delivery and installation of equipment and fittings. On the date of signing the Contract, the Ordering Party submitted a statement on exercising option no. 1 covering Sub-stage C and option no. 2 covering Sub-stage D.
5. Place of the Contract performance: 9-11 Piotra Skargi Street, 70-965 Szczecin
6. Completion dates: Commencement of works – July 14, 2025
Investment implementation period – until November 30, 2027
7. Payment terms: Payment due within 60 days of receipt by the Ordering Party of a correctly issued VAT invoice.
8. Performance bond (value, duration): Performance bond for 5% of the gross remuneration, valid for 30 days after the final acceptance date.
9. Other guarantees (type of guarantee, value, duration): Retention bond up to 1.5% of the gross remuneration, valid for 60 months + 15 days
10. Penalties: The total amount of contractual penalties imposed on the Contractor for non-performance or improper performance of the Subject of the Contract may not exceed 30% of the gross contractual remuneration.
11. Notes: The total value of contracts signed with this Investor over the last 12 months amounts to PLN 75 million.
