The Management Board of ERBUD S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Issuer”) hereby announces that the Issuer’s consolidated half-yearly periodic report for the first half of 2026, which, pursuant to the Issuer’s Current Report No. 1/2026 of 12 January 2026, was to be published on 10 September 2026, will be published on 28 September 2026.
The publication date of the consolidated periodic report for the third quarter of 2026 specified in the Issuer’s Current Report No. 1/2026 remains unchanged.
