The Management Board of Erbud SA (the Issuer) hereby announces that on September 25, 2025, it signed a Significant Contract for subcontracted construction works on the construction of a new SCGT gas cogeneration unit in Łódź, under the terms and conditions described below:
1. Date of conclusion: September 25, 2025
2. Investor (full name and registered office): Siemens Energy Sp. z.o.o., Aleja Armii Ludowej 26, 00-609 Warsaw
3. Net Contract value: PLN 65,006,093.88
4. Subject of the Contract: Subcontracting construction works on the construction site of a new SCGT gas cogeneration unit in Łódź
5. Place of Contract performance: EC4 Łódź
6. Completion dates: Completion of works within 20 months from the date of the Contract conclusion.
7. Terms of payment: Do not deviate from market standards.
8. Performance bond (value, term): 10% of the net Remuneration in the form of a bank or insurance guarantee for the duration of the Contract.
9. Retention bond (value, term of validity): 5% of the net Remuneration in the form of a bank or insurance guarantee, reduced during the guarantee period
10. Penalties: Penalties do not differ from market conditions for this type of contract. The total amount of contractual penalties may not exceed 13% of the Remuneration amount.
11. Notes: Construction on the premises of Veolia Energia Łódź, implemented by the Toruń Branch.
