The Management Board of Erbud S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces that on September 26, 2025, the Company received a notification referred to in Article 19(1) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16, 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC from Mr Albert Dürr – a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company.
The notification is in respect of the acquisition of 4,000 shares of the Company by Mr Albert Dürr.
