The Management Board of Erbud SA (the Issuer) hereby announces that on October 8, 2025, it signed a Significant Contract concerning the construction of a multi-family residential building together with a commercial area and underground car park, designated as “Syriusz” including necessary infrastructure and land development in a complex of multi-family residential buildings under the implementation of the investment project named “Bulwar Północny stage I” building D in Wrocław, under the following terms and conditions:
1. Date of conclusion: October 8, 2025
2. Investor (full name and registered office): Projekt Browarna Sp. z o.o., ul. Powstańców Śląskich 9, 53-332 Wrocław
3. Net Contract value: PLN 41,750,000
4. Subject matter of the Contract: Construction of a multi-family residential building together with a commercial area and underground car park designated as “Syriusz”, including the essential infrastructure and land development within a complex of multi-family residential buildings under the implementation of the investment project entitled “Bulwar Północny stage I” building D in Wrocław
5. Place of Contract performance: Wrocław
6. Completion dates: 18 months from the date of handover of the construction site
7. Payment terms: 30 days
8. Performance bond (value, term): 10% of net Remuneration
9. Retention bond (value, term): 5% of net Remuneration
10. Penalties: The total amount of contractual penalties may not exceed 10% of the net Remuneration.
