The Management Board of ERBUD S.A. (Issuer) hereby announces that on 06.07.2023 ERBUD S.A. (Issuer) together with ONDE S.A. signed with Santander Bank Polska S. A. Annex No. 12 to MultiLine Agreement No. K01393/15 dated November 20, 2015, as amended.
By virtue of this Annex, the Issuer and ONDE S.A. may utilise a multi-purpose line (overdraft and line for bank guarantees and letters of credit) up to PLN 140,000,000.00 (one hundred and forty million PLN), with the proviso that ERBUD S.A. may utilise services under the Limit up to PLN 60,000,000.00 (sixty million PLN).
The maturity date of the line shall be 07.07.2024. The other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
