The Management Board of Erbud S.A. (the Issuer) hereby announces that on January 30, 2026, it received Annexes to Significant Financial Agreements with mBank S.A., signed by all parties. - Annex No. 29 to Framework Agreement No. 38/003/10/Z/GX and Annex No. 18 to Multi-product Umbrella Framework Agreement No. 38/035/20/Z/UX with mBank S.A.
By virtue of Annex No. 29 to Framework Agreement No. 38/003/10/Z/GX, the Issuer shall be entitled to utilise a guarantee line in the amount of PLN 85 million. The maturity date of the line shall fall on February 25, 2027. The other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
By virtue of Annex No. 18 to the Multi-product Umbrella Framework Agreement No. 38/035/20/Z/UX, the Issuer and its subsidiary Onde S.A. shall be entitled to a credit limit on their account, a working capital loan and a guarantee limit in the amount of PLN 112 million. The maturity date of the facility shall be February 25, 2027. The other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
