Following the information provided in the Current Report No. 39/2024 of August 28, 2024, concerning the conclusion of a Significant Contract with a net value of PLN 72 million for the design and construction of an office building with technical infrastructure and land development at Forteczna Street in Toruń, the Management Board of Erbud S.A. (the Company) hereby announces that it has received a statement from the Investor regarding its withdrawal from the Contract. The Investor's withdrawal therefrom occurred for reasons not attributable to the Issuer.
The Contract was executed in respect of Stage I – Preparation of the construction design. The Investor withdrew therefrom in respect of Stage II – Implementation of the design.
