The Management Board of Erbud SA (the Issuer) hereby announces that on October 31, 2025, it signed a Significant Contract for the construction of a complex of guesthouse buildings with accompanying infrastructure, within the boundaries of the property, under the terms and conditions described below:

3. Contract value: PLN 70,600,000.00 (seventy million six hundred thousand PLN 00/100).
