The Management Board of ERBUD S.A. (Issuer) hereby announces that today it has received a Significant Contract signed by both parties, with a net value of PLN 97.6 million, for the execution of Stage VIIA of the Port Popowice project, comprising the construction of a complex of two multi-family residential buildings with an underground car park and land development on the following terms:
1. Investor (full name and registered office): The company Port Popowice spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa with its registered office in Wrocław, at 11 Jaworska Street, 53-612 Wrocław, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the following National Court Register number: 0000760684, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 8971803332, Business Identification Number (REGON): 360248155, on behalf of which acts the general partner - Popowice spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Wrocław, at 11 Jaworska Street, 53-612 Wrocław, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Wrocław - Fabryczna in Wrocław, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the following National Court Register number: KRS 0000753603, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 8992852560, Business Identification Number (REGON): 381630071.
2. Contract value: PLN 97,569,147.33 (ninety-seven million five hundred and sixty-nine thousand one hundred and forty-seven zloty 33/100)
3. Subject matter of the Contract: Execution of Stage VIIA of the Port Popowice project, covering the construction of a complex of two multi-family residential buildings with an underground car park and area development, designated in the design documentation as the “U” building and the “W” building, including the internal and external technical infrastructure and the development and arrangement of the land, including landscape structures and greenery, accompanying facilities, as well as the traffic system at Białowieska Street in Wrocław.

5. Implementation dates: 09-2023 - 05.2025
6. Payment terms: 30 days
7. Performance bond (value, duration): 5 % bank guarantee
