The Management Board of Erbud S.A. (the Issuer) hereby announces that on November 7, 2025, it received Annex No. 28 to the Multi-purpose Credit Facility Agreement No. WAR/4120/05/221/RB1 of July 7, 2005, with BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A., duly signed by all parties.
By virtue of this Annex, the Issuer and its subsidiaries (Onde S.A., Erbud International sp. z o.o.) are able to utilise a multi-purpose credit facility in the maximum amount of PLN 80 million, divided into a limit for guarantees in the amount of PLN 80 million and a limit for letters of credit in the amount of PLN 70 million.

- the sub-limit for Erbud International Sp. z o.o. stands at PLN 13 million
The maturity date of the line is June 8, 2026. The remaining terms and conditions do not differ from market standards.
