The Management Board of ERBUD S.A. (Issuer) hereby announces that on 21-07-2022 it received, signed for all parties, a significant Annex to the Construction Works Contract worth PLN 11.1 million net on the following terms and conditions:
CONTRACT: Construction, extension and reconstruction of the SOFRA medical-hotel service building
INVESTOR: Instytut Zdrowia SOFRA Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością
DATE OF COMPLETION: April 30, 2023
AREA m²: 17 915 m2 newly designed (subject of the contract)
SCOPE OF WORK: on 20.07.2022, the Annex to the Agreement of 29.12.2020 was concluded. As part of the ongoing discussions, the Investor has commissioned the following works to the Contractor in the current package:
installation of swimming pool technology, façade works, supply and installation of room doors, supply and installation of lifts, execution of resins, supply and installation of balcony balustrades with roller shutters, other additional and replacement works. Value of works before the date of the Annex: PLN 56,782,057.80 net, value of works incorporated by the Annex: PLN 11,146,353.21 net. Value of works after conclusion of the Annex: 67,928,411.01 PLN net
