Execution of a significant contract with a value of PLN 131 million for the construction of multi-family residential buildings in Kościuszki Street, Bydgoszcz.

Report content:
The Management Board of ERBUD S.A. (the “Issuer”) announces that on 12 February 2026 it entered into a significant construction contract for the development of multi-family residential buildings located in Kościuszki Street, Bydgoszcz, on the following terms:

  1. Date of execution: 12 February 2026
  2. Investor (full name and registered office address): COLIAN DEVELOPER Sp. z o.o., ul. Majkowska 32, 62-800 Kalisz
  3. Contract value (net): PLN 131,000,000 + VAT
  4. Subject of the contract: Construction of two multi-family residential buildings together with the necessary technical infrastructure (Buildings “1” and “2”), as well as two multi-family residential buildings comprising commercial space, underground parking facilities, site development works and technical infrastructure (Buildings “3A” and “3B”), located in Kościuszki Street, Bydgoszcz.
  5. Place of execution: Kościuszki Street, Bydgoszcz.
  6. Completion deadlines:
    • Stages I and II: 15 months from the date of handover of the construction site to the Contractor to the extent necessary for the execution of works relating to Buildings
      “1” and “2”;
    • Stage III: 28 months from the date of handover of the construction site to the Contractor to the extent necessary for the execution of works relating to Buildings “3A” and “3B”.
  7. Payment terms: Monthly invoicing with a 30-day payment term
  8. Performance bond (amount, validity period): 8% of the net contract value
  9. Defects liability bond (amount, validity period): 6% of the net contract value
  10. Other guarantees (type, amount, validity period): In accordance with market standards; the standard warranty period for construction works is 60 months.
  11. Contractual penalties: Penalties are in line with market standards for contracts of this type. The total amount of contractual penalties may not exceed 15% of the gross contract value.
  12. Additional information: The contract will be executed by the Toruń branch.
