The Management Board of Erbud S.A. (Issuer) hereby announces that on 07-11-2023 it received Annex No. 27 to the Credit Agreement of July 6, 2010 with ING Bank Śląski S.A. signed by all parties.
By virtue of this Annex, the Issuer, together with its subsidiaries (Onde S.A., Erbud Industry Centrum sp. z o.o.; Erbud International sp. z o.o.) may use a multi-purpose line of up to PLN 175 million, divided into an overdraft limit of PLN 64 million and a guarantee limit of PLN 175 million.
- The sub-limit for Erbud S.A. amounts to PLN 175 million with the possibility of incurring debt of up to PLN 64 million;
- The sub-limit for Onde S.A. amounts to PLN 50 million with the possibility of incurring debt of up to PLN 20 million;
- The sub-limit for Erbud Industry Centrum Sp. z o.o. amounts to PLN 10 million with the possibility of incurring debt of up to PLN 4 million;
- The sub-limit for Erbud International Sp. z o.o. amounts to PLN 15 million with the possibility of incurring debt of up to PLN 5 million.
The maturity date of the line is 31-01-2025. The remaining material terms and conditions remain unchanged.
