Following RB 47/2021 dated May 24, 2021 and RB60/2021 dated June 24, 2021, the Management Board of ERBUD S.A. (Issuer) hereby announces that on September 6, 2022 the Annex No. 1 was signed between DGS Diagnostics Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Mierzyn (Investor) and ERBUD S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw. By virtue of the Annex No. 1, the Parties increased the Remuneration by PLN 5,900,000.00 net. Therefore, the value of the Contract was increased to PLN 59,700,030.63 net.
The remuneration change will have all the effects that the Contract has on the remuneration, including a proportional increase in the amount of the insurance guarantees.
