The Management Board of ERBUD S.A. has received information from the Management Board of its subsidiary, Erbud Industry Sp. z o.o. (EIN) of its subsidiary's receipt of a signed contract in accordance with the terms specified below:

3. Contract net value: PLN 47,517,100.00
4. Subject of the Contract: Supply and installation of two gas boilers at the Sugar Factory in Miejska Górka
5. Place of Contract Performance: Sugar factory Miejska Górka - Miejska Górka 63-910, 44 Racławicka St.
6. Payment terms: invoicing based on HRF and milestones, payment term 30 days
7. Performance bond (value, duration): 5% of the net remuneration in the form of a bank or insurance guarantee for the period of the contract + 30 days, i.e. until 30.10.2024
8. Retention bond (term value): 5% of the net remuneration in the form of a bank or insurance guarantee for a period of 36 months
9. Other guarantees (type of guarantee, value, duration): guarantee of return of advance payment of 15% of net remuneration, valid until 31.10.2024
10. Penalties: The penalties do not deviate from the market conditions for this type of contract.
Limit of contractual penalties to 20% of the net remuneration for both parties
