The Management Board of Erbud S.A. (“the Company”), acting pursuant to Article 19(3) of the MAR Regulation, announces that it has received a notification from Mr Roland Bosch, Chairman of the Company's Supervisory Board, concerning transactions executed on the Company's shares.
The original notification contained an obvious mistake, which was promptly corrected, hence the Company, for the sake of transparency of the published information, provides only the content of the secondary, corrected notification in the attachment.
