The Management Board of Erbud SA (the Issuer) hereby announces that on October 08, 2024 it signed a Significant Contract with a net value of PLN 31.1 million for the construction of QRA infrastructure for the F-35 - a guard house and four semi-heavy type hangars at the Świdwin airport, under the following conditions:
1. Contract date: 08.10.2024
2. Investor (exact name and registered office): AMW SINEVIA spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, established in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki
3. Contract value: PLN 31,129,883.86 net / PLN 38,289,757.15 gross
4. Subject of the Contract: Construction of QRA infrastructure for the F-35 - a guard house and four semi-heavy hangars at Świdwin airport
5. Place of Contract performance: 32 Połczyńska Street, 78-301 Świdwin
6. Implementation dates:
Commencement of Works - 08.10.2024
Completion date of the Subject of the Contract - 30.01.2026
7. Payment terms: 30 days from the date of delivery of a correctly issued invoice
8. Performance bond (value, expiry date): Insurance guarantee of due performance of the Contract for the value of PLN 1,914,487.86 which represents 5% of the gross value of the remuneration, validity date until 01.03.2026.
9. Other guarantees (type of guarantee, value, expiry date): Insurance guarantee for the removal of defects and faults for a value of PLN 574,346.36 which represents 1.5% of the gross remuneration, valid until 01.08.2029.
10. Penalties: The penalties do not deviate from the market conditions for this type of Contract. The maximum amount of contractual penalties shall not exceed 20% of the gross contractual remuneration.
11. Remarks: Overall value of contracts signed with AMW SINEVIA spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością in the last 12 months stands at PLN 72,270,243.31 net.
