The Management Board of ERBUD S.A. (the “Issuer”) announces that on 16 February 2026 it entered into a significant contract for the design and construction of a complete thermal energy storage (TES) installation and pumping station at EC4 in Łódź, on the following terms:
- Date of execution: 16 February 2026
- Investor (full name and registered office address): Veolia Energia Łódź S.A., ul. J. Andrzejewskiej 5, 92-550 Łódź
- Contract value (net): PLN 65,623,440.00 + VAT
- Subject of the contract: Design and construction of a complete thermal energy storage (TES) installation and pumping station at EC4 in Łódź
- Place of execution: Łódź
- Completion deadlines: From the date of execution of the contract until 16 August 2027
- Payment terms: 30-day payment term
- Performance bond (amount, validity period): 10% of the gross contract value
- Defects liability bond (amount, validity period): 3% of the gross contract value
- Other guarantees (type, amount, validity period): In accordance with market standards; the standard warranty period for construction works is 60 months.
- Contractual penalties: Penalties are in line with market standards for contracts of this type. The total amount of contractual penalties may not exceed 20% of the net contract value.
