The Management Board of ERBUD S.A. (“Company”), acting pursuant to Article 19(3) of the MAR Regulation, hereby announces that it has received notifications on transactions performed on bonds issued by the Company from Mr Michał Otto, Member of the Company’s Supervisory Board.
