The Management Board of Erbud S.A. (Issuer) hereby announces that on 27-10-2022 Erbud S.A. (Issuer), together with Group Companies - ONDE S.A., Erbud Industry Centrum sp. z o.o. and Erbud International Sp. z o.o., received Annex No. 26 to the Loan Agreement concluded with ING Bank Śląski S.A., signed for all parties.
This Annex increases the existing Agreement by PLN 15 mln due to the inclusion of an additional Group Company - Erbud International Sp. z o.o. - in the Agreement with the Bank from the date of signing the Annex.
The bank will provide borrowers with a revolving limit of PLN 175 mln, split into an overdraft sub-limit of up to PLN 64 mln and a guarantee credit sub-limit of up to PLN 175 mln.
- The limit for Erbud S.A. is PLN 175 mln including the possibility of incurring debt of up to PLN 64 mln;
- The sub-limit for ONDE S.A. is PLN 50 mln with the possibility of drawing down debt up to PLN 20 mln;
- The sub-limit for Erbud Industry Centrum Sp. z o.o. is PLN 10 mln with the possibility of drawing down debt up to PLN 4 million
- The sub-limit for Erbud International Sp. z o.o. is PLN 15 mln with the possibility of a debt drawdown of up to PLN 5 mln
The maturity date of the line is 31-01-2024. Other conditions do not deviate from market terms.
