The Management Board of Erbud S.A. (Issuer) hereby announces that on 31.10.2022 it received Annex No. 15 signed with Alior Bank S.A. to the Credit Agreement No. U0002139462604 of the Receivables Limit of September 27, 2012 and Annex No. 7 to the Agreement U0002931236940 of the Guarantee Product Limit of August 20, 2015.
Under the Annexes, the Issuer may use an overdraft facility of up to PLN 10 mln and guarantee products of up to PLN 80 mln and EUR 2 mln. The above-mentioned banking products were made available to the Issuer until September 30, 2023.
