The Management Board of ERBUD S.A. (the “Issuer”) announces that on 7 April 2026 it entered into a significant contract for the construction of a residential building with ground-floor commercial units and an underground car park in Warsaw, at
Świdnicka Street, at the corner of Oszmiańska Street, on the following terms:
- Date of execution: 07 April 2026
- Investor (full name and registered office address): MALORY INVESTMENTS spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa, with its registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Chocimska 14A/8, 00-791 Warsaw
- Contract value (net): PLN 51,600,000.00 + VAT
- Subject of the contract: Construction of a residential building with ground-floor commercial units and an underground car park, with a total usable floor area of approximately 8,700 m², on a property comprising plots no. 83, 84, 85, 88 and 91, cadastral unit 41012, located in Warsaw at Świdnicka Street, at the corner of Oszmiańska Street.
- Place of execution: Warsaw, Świdnicka Street, at the corner of Oszmiańska Street
- Completion deadlines: 18 months from the date of execution of the contract
- Payment terms: 30-day payment term
- Performance bond: 10% of the net contract value
- Defects liability bond: 5% of the net contract value
- Contractual penalties: Penalties are in line with market standards for contracts of this type. The total amount of contractual penalties may not exceed 10% of the net contract value.
