The Management Board of Erbud S.A. (Issuer) hereby announces that on 28 September 2021 concluded with Alior bank S.A. Annex No. 13 to the Loan Agreement No. U0002139462604 Credit Limit of 27 September 2012 and Annex No. 6 to the Agreement U0002931236940 Limit for Guarantee Products of 20 August 2015. By virtue of the Annexes, the Issuer may use an overdraft facility of up to PLN 10 million and guarantee products of up to PLN 80 million and EUR 2 million. The above-mentioned bank products were made available to the Issuer until 30 September 2022. The other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
