With reference to the Current Report 70/2021 dated 2 August 2021, the Management Board of ERBUD S.A. (Issuer) hereby announces that today it received from the Employer a signed Annex No. 1 to the Contract of 30 July 2021 on obtaining by the Investor all the necessary corporate approvals and therefore today the Contract became effective.
