ERBUD S.A. signed a contract with Elektrownia RE belonging to the Echo Investment Group for the construction of a residential building with a garage as part of the Fuzja II investment in Łódź at Tymienieckiego Street. The contract value is PLN 43.8 million net.
According to the contract, the construction works will start on January 7, 2021. It is planned to complete the works on June 10, 2022.
This is another investment that the ERBUD Group is implementing in Łódź. In January 2020, as a consortium with BUDOMAL, the company signed a contract with the Medical University for the construction of a new Brain laboratory and research building. In November 2019, ERBUD Operations also signed a contract with the City Hall in Łódź for a general renovation and reconstruction of a student dormitory.
